What can we do against rhinitis?
If first symptoms such as itching of the nose appear, 2 pellets of N° 4 Ferrum phosphate should be used every 10 minutes.
In case of secretion (colour of the secretion should be checked in order to identify which type it is):
If you identify hyaline secretion: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 2 Calcium phosphate, 2 pellets every 10 minutes.
If it is white secretion: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 5 Kalium chloride,
2 pellets every 10 minutes.
In case of yellowish/creamy like secretion: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 7 Kalium sulphate, 2 pellets every 10 minutes
Watery secretion: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 9 Natrium chloride, 2 pellets every 10 minutes.
Honey yellow secretion: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 10 Natrium phosphate 2 pellets every 10 minutes.
Greenish secretion: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 11 Natrium sulphate, 2 pellets every 10 minutes.

The cough

With this new edition of the newsletter we will show you tips for the therapy of the cough with the Dr. Schuessler cell salts.
What can we do against the cough?
In the beginning, N° 4 Ferrum phosphate 4 pellets every 10 minutes should be taken.
In case of sputum:
At first, you would need to check the sputum on how the colour of the sputum looks like.
If it is hyaline sputum: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 2 calcium phosphate
4 pellets every 10 minutes must be taken.
If it is white sputum: N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 5 Kalium chloride 4 pellets every 10 minutes should be used.
Should you see yellowish/creamy like sputum: use N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 7 Kalium sulphate 4 pellets every 10 minutes.

The Flu

First of all, what are the Dr. Schuessler cell salts and who is Dr. Schuessler?
Dr. Schuessler was a homeopathic doctor; he lived and practised in the 19th century in Germany.
He actually developed the therapy with 12 vital mineral salts.
Dr. Schuessler said:”With these 12 cell salts I can heal all diseases.”

Now we start with the 1st chapter. In this 1st chapter I will explain what can be done against the flu with the Dr. Schuessler salts.
Dr. Schuessler divided Inflammation into 3 steps:
All symptoms of the flu belong to the 1st step of inflammation.
In case of symptoms of the 1st step of inflammation you need to take cell salt N° 4 Ferrum phosphate.
Why? Because, Ferrum (which is iron) carries the oxygen in the blood, and the immune system needs oxygen in situations of inflammation.
Here are the specific indications:
What can we do against the flu?
When first signs of the symptoms appear, you need to take N° 4 Ferrum phosphate – 4 pellets every 15 minutes.
For Infections defence (for prophylaxis purposes)
You can take N° 4 Ferrum phosphate, 4 pellets 3 times a day.
In case of low fever
N° 4 Ferrum phosphate 4 pellets every 5 to 10 minutes.
High Fever
N° 4 Ferrum phosphate in turns with N° 6 Kalium phosphate 4 pellets every 5 minutes.
